Interview about different perspectives- FMP

Whilst carrying out my primary research, I engaged lots of different conversation with people about their view on the moon as well as their ideas on what I was researching (pareidolia within the moon.)

My cousin Issy reached out to me and I decided to interview her on her expertise regarding the influence personality has on perspective- as this relates well to the concept I'm exploring that the moon reflects images back to us that we see within ourselves; the moon is a mirror.

I learned the effects personality has on a persons perspectives and that it is usually split between an 'abstract' feeler and a 'logical' thinker. The results from my primary research show a range of images that are obviously from abstract thinkers; a hummingbird, a dog when the moon is flipped upside down. But it also shows images from logical thinkers: heart shapes from the clusters of dark space, simple dogs face.

This has opened my eyes even more to the different perspectives we have on the moon and the way these perspectives are deeply influenced by context; personality, childhood, point in time, location and religious beliefs (and much more.)

I feel deeply inspired to having learnt this and I feel that this is adding to my own personal journey of discovering what the moon means to me.
