Unit 2- Drafting ideas for a Kulhar Kup campaign

Following on from the news article about Indias decisions to reintroduce Kulhar back onto the railway, I decided to experiment with the branding concept for this. I analysed British Chai-Tea packaging and came up with some logos I could experiment with further.

I decided to incorporate some of the symbols and ideas that came up in my workshop into my logo generation. This provided me with an effective springboard for ideas as I already had shapes to work with. This really showed me the benefit of focusing first on shape and form and then colour.

I analysed the Twinings packaging for their 'Spicy Chai'. I enjoyed observing their use of the colour and their reasoning for these choices. It brought up some ideas and inspiration for my own project.
